How is the price determined?

Pricing is based on your company's Trailing Twelve Months (TTM) revenue — Micro-Cap (< €2M TTM) at €500, Mid-Market (€2M–€10M TTM) at €1,000, and Enterprise (> €10M TTM) at €2,000. All prices exclude VAT. It's a single one-time payment per data room — no subscriptions, no per-seat charges.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Private files require authentication. HTTP security headers are enforced on every response. All API endpoints are rate-limited. Buyer access is controlled by you and can be revoked at any time. Every action is logged in an audit trail.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. Apex M⅋A is operated by Finwent SRL, an EU-registered company subject to GDPR. We collect only the data needed to run the service and use only GDPR-compliant sub-processors (Clerk, Stripe, Anthropic, Google Cloud).
